No binding coverage

Submitting a form does not bind, activate, renew, or guarantee any insurance coverage, and does not file anything with a tax authority. Coverage is subject to application, underwriting, eligibility, and acceptance by the carrier. Nothing on this website commits any carrier to anything.

No booking system

This website does not offer appointment booking or scheduling. Submitting a request starts a conversation — an advisor will follow up with you personally. It is not a confirmed appointment, and no specific response time is promised.

Where we are licensed

Insurance services are available only in the states, and for the lines of authority, in which Ruah and its advisors hold a current license: Florida, Texas, Georgia, North Carolina, Virginia, Colorado. Nothing on this website is an offer to sell insurance anywhere else. If you contact us from a state we are not licensed in, we will tell you rather than proceed.

Carrier and plan names

Where this website names an insurance carrier or a plan type, it does so to describe what an advisor may be able to discuss with you. It is not an endorsement by that carrier, and it does not mean every plan or every carrier is available to you. Plan availability changes and varies by location.

Accuracy

We try to keep this website accurate and current, but rules, deadlines, plan details, and tax law change, and pages may be out of date. This website is provided as-is, and we do not warrant that it is complete, current, or error-free. Confirm anything you intend to rely on with an advisor before acting on it.
